RETURNS
If you need to return an item due to a defect, please due so within 365 days of purchase. Please follow these procedures to insure prompt processing. Request an RGA# (return goods authorization) and contact customer service at 1-800-278-0788 or e-mail us at [email protected].
After recieving your RGA# use the original packaging, return the item via insured US Mail or UPS. ( Air Components will refund the actual shipping costs taken from the UPS label or postage label on damaged merchandise or mis-shipment. ) Returns which are not defective (buyer remorse) must be done within 30 days, and buyer will be responsible for return shipping.
Please include a copy of your receipt with the return. If you do not have your receipt, please include a note stating the purchaser?s name, address and approximate date of purchase.
