Description
#12 Steel Crimp Ferrule for Standard A/C Hose – Part # 235-934
Build reliable, high-flow suction lines with our #12 Steel Crimp Ferrule (Part # 235-934). Stocked at Air Components Manufacturing in Mesa, Arizona, this heavy-duty ferrule is designed for the larger diameter hoses found on the suction (low pressure) side of automotive air conditioning systems.
Manufactured from robust plated steel, this crimp sleeve is built to handle the rigorous under-hood environment. It is engineered specifically for Standard Barrier Hose, ensuring a perfect mechanical bond between the hose and fitting when crimped, preventing refrigerant leaks and ensuring system efficiency.
Features & Benefits
- Suction Line Ready: Sized specifically for #12 hoses, commonly used for the low-pressure return line to the compressor.
- Steel Construction: Zinc-plated steel offers superior strength and corrosion resistance compared to standard aluminum sleeves.
- Secure Crimp: Designed to hold tight under vibration and thermal cycling when used with a standard beadlock crimper.
- Standard Fit: Precision manufacturing ensures compatibility with standard 2-braid barrier hoses.
