(1) The price guarantee should be applied if the customer identifies an item at a lower price from a local competitor.

(2) The 5% is taken off the competitors’ lower price for only.

(3) All local competitors apply with the exception of, bankruptcies and clearance sales.And Liquidators.

(4) We will honor a competitor’s regular and promotional price with the exception of clearance sales.

(5) The items must be of comparable brand, quality, warranty, and package quantity..
The decision as to whether or not an item is comparable is at the discretion of Air Components & Mfg, Inc.

(6) Quantities can be limited at the discretion of Air Components & Mfg, Inc.

(7) All merchandise in the warehouse and products, except refrigerant. Are eligible for the price guarantee.

(8) Proof of a competitor's price is at the discretion of the Air Components & Mfg, Inc.

The Price Guarantee should NOT be applied in the following situations:

(1) competitor's bankruptcy or clearance sales
(2) mail-in-rebates (Instant rebates will be honored)
(4) discounts received for volume purchases
